SIMPLIFIED INFORMATION NOTICE The video-surveilled areas are marked with appropriate signs, in compliance with art. 3.1 Video Surveillance Decision dated 8 April 2010 issued by Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali. These signs are placed before the range of the cameras or in close proximity.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING The video surveillance system has the purpose of protecting the safety of individuals who access the property for various reasons and also of protecting the property itself.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING The video surveillance activity is based on the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER to carry out the processing of the personal data, i.e. the filmed images by the video surveillance system, for the purposes indicated in the PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING (art. 6 Regulation (EU) 679/2016 “GDPR”)

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED Exclusively personal data coming from the video surveillance system, i.e. the images coming from the above mentioned circuit.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA Employees and persons in charge, expressly designated and authorised, who work under the direct authority of the DATA CONTROLLER, may access the data collected via the video surveillance system. The data may be communicated to external parties entitled to the request, such as the judicial or public security authorities.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA The data collected by our video surveillance system are not disclosed or transferred to member states of the European Union and/or to third countries not belonging to the European Union.

DURATION OF IMAGE RETENTION The images recorded for security purposes are retained for a period not exceeding 24 hours, without prejudice to the need for further retention related to judicial police investigations or requests by judicial authorities. After these deadlines, the images are automatically deleted.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA AND CONSEQUENCES The provision of personal data, i.e. the fact of being filmed by cameras, is strictly instrumental to accessing the property and accessing the video-surveillance areas within the property itself.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT The data subject (identifiable filmed subject) has the right to :

  • request access to the images and to exercise the rights, where applicable, regulated by CHAPTER III, Rights of the data subject of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 “GDPR”.
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to exercise the rights, where applicable, regulated by CHAPTER VIII, Remedies, liability and penalties of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 “GDPR”.
