Weekly change of bed/bath linen included in the booking fee.
Tourist tax until 31 May 2024 Euro 1,50 per night per person only for the first four nights. Children below 12 years old don’t pay tourist tax. Starting from 1 June 2024, the Tourist Tax will be re-evaluated and quantified to the amount of 4% of the cost of accommodation, breakfast included, if booked, net of VAT and any additional services, with a maximum limit of Euro 5,00 per person per night. Children below 14 years old don’t pay tourist tax.

Start of stay: 16.00 – End of stay: 10.00. Arrival time required. La Rosa sul Mare Reception opening time 8-21. Upon check-in, a deposit, cash, of Euro 220.00. Upon check-out deposit will be returned provided that the apartment is left tidy without missing or damaged, the kitchen area has been left clean and the waste has been conferred according to the waste calendar delivered upon check-in.
