Rules

Rates include the external parking slot located 40 meters from the entrance, daily cleaning and tidying of the apartment, access to the pool and sea, luggage transport service, VAT 10%.
To use the kitchen in the apartment it’s requested a deposit of € 30.00 which will be returned at check-out provided that the kitchen area has been left clean and there are no shortages or damages.
Tourist tax until 31 May 2024 Euro 1,50 per night per person only for the first four nights. Children below 12 years old don’t pay tourist tax. Starting from 1 June 2024, the Tourist Tax will be re-evaluated and quantified to the amount of 4% of the cost of accommodation, breakfast included, if booked, net of VAT and any additional services, with a maximum limit of Euro 5,00 per person per night. Children below 14 years old don’t pay tourist tax.
Check-in 02-00pm / Check-out 10-00am. Luggage storage available free of charge. Reception opening time 8-21. Arrival time required.

Continental breakfast

onsists of: hot drinks (choice of milk, cappuccino, coffee, chocolate, barley herbal tea or tea), fruit juice, croissants, bread, corn flakes or similar, yoghurt, fresh fruit, butter, marmalade and various jams, nutella, rusks, biscuits, fruit and/or chocolate tart, sugar (white or brown). For guests who request it, breakfast is served on the panoramic terrace in front of the reception, at an additional cost of Euro 12 per person per day.
