Located a few kilometers from the center of Syracuse in Arenella, a seaside resort renowned for its golden sand Lido, one of the most popular on the Syracusan coast. It is full of verandas and several outdoor patios where you can have lunch, surrounded by a lush garden with Cycas, Bougainvillea, Pampas grass and orchards. Outside there is a shower, barbecue and parking for a maximum of two cars.

Villa Orchidea can accommodate from 2 to 10 people (8 + 2) and is made up of:

A central body, consisting of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer, spacious living room with 1 queen-size sofa bed and television. There is also the eat-in kitchen complete with washing machine.
An annex building, adjacent to the main building, with a bedroom, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and television.

A short distance away there are minimarket, free beach, beach equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, newsagent, bar, restaurant and pizzeria, sailing club, car – scooter – bike rental and the bus service stop to and from the historic center of Syracuse; The villa is covered by Wi-Fi reserved for guests and by air conditioning / heating. There is a weekly change of linen. It is possible to accommodate small pets (with a supplement).

 

To make the reservation definitive, a deposit of 30% of the stay rate is required: the balance must be paid before the start of the stay.

Start of stay: 16.00 – End of stay: 10.00. For arrivals after closing (7.00 pm), please notify us by phone. Upon registration, a deposit of Euro 150.00 is required for the apartment, Euro 35.00 for cleaning the kitchen, Euro 35.00 for the delivery of waste. The total is Euro 220.00 and will be returned at check-out provided that the apartment is left tidy without missing or damaged, the kitchen area has been left clean and that all waste: organic, plastic, glass, undifferentiated, etc. have been conferred.
